We want you to love what you ordered—but if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it better.

Returns

We accept returns on most unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. Items must be in original condition with tags still attached (if applicable).

Custom or limited-edition pieces may be final sale. If so, it’ll be clearly noted in the product description.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process after approval.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (wrong item, damaged on arrival, etc.).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, simply return your item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right—on us.
