We believe in sending things with meaning. Once you place your order, it begins its journey—packed with care, sent with purpose, and hopefully arriving just when you need it.
Processing Time
Each order is processed within 2–5 business days. Most items are made to order, so a little patience ensures quality and intention in every stitch, sticker, or symbol.
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another when it ships, complete with tracking info (if applicable).
Shipping Times & Rates
We currently ship to select regions (you’ll see your options at checkout). Estimated delivery times vary by location:

Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after dispatch

International: 7–21 business days (customs may extend this)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
International Orders
We love sending pieces across borders, but please note: Thorned Silk is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes. These are determined by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility. We also can’t control customs delays (we wish we could).
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order leaves our hands, it's in the care of the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages—but we will do our best to help you track it down or make things right if something goes sideways.
If you believe your order is missing or delayed beyond reason, please contact us at [your email] within 10 days of the expected delivery date.
Shipping Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for reshipping items due to incorrect addresses.
